Our company has a direct production / sales agreement with the hazelnut cracking facilities operating in the Western Black Sea region.

Humidity: 7% MAX.

Shelled hazelnuts are the inside of hard fruit peel. Internal hazelnuts are prepared as 1st class, 2nd class and extra. The smallest diameter of Extra and Class 1 nuts is 9 mm. Nuts with smaller diameters are called thin or picola nuts. Extra and 1st class hazelnuts are usually 11-13 mm., 13-15 mm. and 11 mm. above. In 2nd class hazelnuts, grading is not compulsory.

Prepared by roasting hazelnut kernels. It can be prepared with the desired roasting degrees, optionally in light, medium or very roasted form, optionally also completely harmless or partially membrane.
